The Team Leader and Senior Development Engineer for Embedded System Hardware (m/f/d) is actively involved in development projects and is responsible for hardware development. Together with his team, concepts are created and supported through to commissioning. His tasks also include the selection of components and supplier strategies.
Job requirements
What you can expect from us:
- Collaboration in development projects in the field of control engineering in the role of team leader HW development
- Responsibility for the development of hardware components in projects:
- Concept, design and implementation of assemblies
- Commissioning and verification
- Carrying out the necessary tests to certify CE, UKCA and UL conformity
- Optimization for series production
- Own technical cooperation to achieve the project goals
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
- Participation in the design processes as well as component and supplier selection strategies for continuous product optimization
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the field of PCB development
- Solid knowledge of designing analog measurement technology, microcontroller circuits and single-phase and three-phase systems up to 400V for series production
- Confident interpretation and competent application of relevant standards, particularly in the area of EMC and the Machinery Directive
- Independent and structured way of working, quality awareness and reliability
- Ability to organize the team and lead it to achieve agreed goals according to plan
- Good knowledge of German and English
