We are a leading manufacturer of temperature controllers for the refrigeration, medical technology, gastronomy and baking technology sectors.


The internal technical sales employee (m/f/d) serves as an interface between our company, which they represent, and our existing and potential customers. They support and accompany all processes in the sales process and are also the first point of contact for answering technical and commercial questions from our customers.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical and commercial support and advice to our customers based on their individual requirements and needs
  • Order entry, order processing and support in production planning
  • Calculation, preparation and monitoring of customer-specific offers
  • Processing, documentation and tracking of framework agreements and delivery schedules
  • Working closely with the sales team, our purchasing department, the supply chain management department and our accounting department
  • Managing and maintaining all customer data and processes in the CRM system
  • Professional coordination in the processing of complaints
  • Actively helping to shape our optimization and digitalization processes
  • Participation in customer events and trade fairs



Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training and existing professional experience in technical internal sales
  • Very good communication skills with a high degree of customer and service-oriented thinking and acting 
  • Analytical and structured way of thinking and working
  • Confident appearance, negotiating skills with a good business sense
  • Sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Experienced with ERP, CRM systems and MS Office applications
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and good English language skills
